How to submit your request:

To ensure the security of your account, deletion requests must be sent from the email address associated with your Agri Info account.

Please send an email to our support team with the subject line "Account Deletion Request":

What happens next?

1. Our team will verify your request within 48 hours.

2. We will remove your login credentials from our authentication system.

3. Your specific user record and subscription metadata will be permanently erased from our Firestore database.

4. You will receive a final confirmation email once the process is complete.
